The Grove Inc. operates Dunkin Donuts inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Sterling, VA, and is seeking energetic Team Members to join the team. You’ll provide friendly and speedy service to guests, prepare coffee and baked goods, and handle orders and transactions with accuracy.

Dunkin’ Team Member – IAD Airport

The Grove Inc. proudly operates Dunkin Donuts inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Team Members to join our team!

Pay

$17.50 per hour + tips

Available Shifts

• Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests
• Prepare Dunkin’ coffee, beverages, food, and baked goods according to brand standards
• Take customer orders and accurately process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed
• Work efficiently during busy rush periods
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties
• Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers

IMPORTANT IAD AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS

Because this position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport, all candidates are required to:

• Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check
• Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification
• Meet all airport security and badging requirements
• Complete the required fingerprinting and airport badging process

Please note: Candidates must have the required identification available and be able to successfully complete the TSA fingerprint background check and airport badging process.

Qualifications

The TGI Requirements and Qualifications for the CM include:

• Ensure that all quality and Health/Safety requirements are met in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards.

• Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions.
• Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
• Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
• Reports any safety hazards to management immediately.
