The Grove Inc. operates Wendy’s inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). They are hiring dependable, energetic team members for the IAD airport location. You will deliver fast, friendly service and support food preparation in a high-volume setting.

You will also handle the register, maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive guest experience. TSA checks and badge requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual team members with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$17.50 per hour + tips

Available Shifts

• Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to airport guests
• Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy’s standards
• Operate the register and handle customer transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Important IAD Airport Requirements

• Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check
• Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification
• Be able to meet all airport security and badging requirements

Please be prepared to provide the required identification and complete the fingerprinting process as part of the hiring process.

• Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions.
• Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
• Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
• Reports any safety hazards to management immediately.
