Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble patient meal trays following dietary guidelines and safety protocols.
• Deliver meals to patients in a courteous and professional manner while following patient identification procedures.
• Respect patient privacy and dignity, including knocking before entering rooms and adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Support cafeteria operations by providing excellent customer service and assisting with food service.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Perform dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness in the dishroom and kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and universal precaution standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Inventory and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
• Follow all department and hospital safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
