Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting bakery, deli, and prepared foods sections, taking orders, and using the POS and inventory tools. This role requires 18+ and comfort working in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of Company Orientation.
• Food safety and sanitation training - upon hire.
• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment (e.g., PC, symbol, scales, label machine).
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service.
• Takes orders from customers by telephone or in person.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product daily.
• Rotates and culls products for quality.
• Assists in technical areas as needed (e.g., baking, frying, and decorating).
• Uses ordering system applications.
• Performs inventory management and sanitation tasks as required.
