IKEA Food in Conshohocken is seeking a team member to prepare and serve menu items, assist customers, and maintain dining areas in a fast-paced store setting. You will follow health, safety, and sustainability standards while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include handling cash, maintaining equipment, stocking supplies, and supporting the Swedish Food Market's merchandising and pricing. Weekend/night flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment with merchandising knowledge preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items per concept and standards.
• Assist customers and process sales transactions accurately with cash handling.
• Maintain equipment, cleaning, and food safety compliance.
• Keep dining and play areas clean and organized.
• Oversee Swedish Food Market merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Ensure accurate price communication across all platforms.
