Qualifications

• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions and use manual or electric appliances.
• Good math and reading skills and some computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods and assist with salads, fruits, vegetables, and beverages.
• Inform supervisors about equipment issues and low supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and dining/kitchen surfaces.
• Stock cupboards, refrigerators, and serve buffet lines.
• Assist cooks during meals and with serving.
• Receive, store, and manage food supplies and utensils.
• Record temperatures of food and storage areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Adhere to quality standards and HACCP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
