Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods, wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for service.
• Inform supervisors when equipment malfunctions or supplies run low.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Stock cupboards, refrigerators, and buffet lines; tend salad bars.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during mealtimes and service.
• Receive and store food supplies and equipment in storage areas.
• Take and record temperatures of food and storage areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Adhere to quality expectations and HACCP standards.
• Perform any other duties as required.
