Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods and assist with basic kitchen tasks for service.
• Inform supervisors when equipment malfunctions or supplies run low.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and dining surfaces.
• Stock cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars; carry items to stations.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during meals.
• Receive and store deliveries in proper storage areas.
• Record temperatures of foods and storage areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Adhere to HACCP standards and quality expectations.
• All duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
