Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of food preparation duties including washing, cutting, and assembling foods for service.
• Inform supervisors when equipment malfunctions or supplies are low.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment; maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Stock cupboards, refrigerators, and serve at salad bars and buffets.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during mealtimes and during busy periods.
• Receive and store food supplies and verify inventories.
• Take and record temperatures of foods and storage areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Adhere to quality standards and HACCP procedures.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
