Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in a food service environment.
• Proven customer service leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing inventory, costs, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Food Service sales and deliver superior customer service.
• Maintain food safety standards and quality across Food Service areas.
• Manage inventory, costs, and waste to reduce loss.
• Lead, train, and motivate store-level Food Service team and specialists.
• Schedule shifts and ensure efficient operations of Made to Order, Bakery, Coffee, and other food areas.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
