Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.

• Oversee Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, and attendance/punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
