ROP Cypress Creek in Lecanto, FL is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen operations. You will ensure nutritious meals are prepared safely, supervise the Food Service team, and manage orders and inventory in a 40-hour per week, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has two years of scratch cooking experience, holds ServSafe food handler certification, and will obtain ServSafe Manager certification within sixty days of starting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared in accordance with all Federal, state, and local requirements.
• Provide supervision of the Food Service team, and oversee orders and inventory.
• Maintain sanitary practices in prepping, cooking and serving areas.
