Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager at Turney Center Industrial Complex to oversee the correctional facility kitchen operations, ensuring safe, compliant meal service and efficient production. You will supervise staff and incarcerated workers, manage inventory and costs, and ensure menus meet nutritional requirements under strict regulations.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in management, strong interpersonal skills, and a preferred bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.

• Identify client needs and report progress; manage P&L and margins.
• Direct daily briefings, monitor performance, and drive efficiency.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations and coordination with the Food Service Director.
