Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Food Service Manager at Turney Center Industrial Complex to supervise daily kitchen operations inside a secure facility. You will oversee staff, including incarcerated workers, ensure nutritional, safety, and regulatory compliance, and control costs while delivering high‑quality meal service to the inmate population.

The role requires leadership in production, sanitation, and client communications, with a focus on efficiency, training, and adherence to Aramark

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining staff and incarcerated workers.

• Oversee production, quality, and efficiency of meals.
• Direct front‑of‑house dining operations in coordination with the Food Service Director.
