Role Overview

Sodexo Government Services has an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Manager 2 position at our Camp Lejeune, NC district. We are seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for our Mess Hall FC65 location, serving over 1500 meals daily to U.S. Marines. The role manages a budget of over $4,500,000 annually and oversees 13 Sodexo employees along with 13 subcontractor employees in a union environment. Serving those who serve brings great satisfaction, aligned with our mission to "Improve the Quality of Daily Life for Everyone We Serve."

The account is near the Inter-Coastal Waterway, close to Topsail Island beaches, and not far from Wilmington. What You Bring
  • Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience and ability to work collaboratively
  • Basic culinary production experience and knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and deliver high customer service levels
  • Flexibility to adapt and take on additional responsibilities
  • Preferred: ServSafe certification
