Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations.
• Supervise cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain accurate inventory according to policies.
• Delegate tasks to staff as necessary.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Assist managers with counselling, timekeeping, and maintaining contact information.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain communication with staff and central office.
