• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees food service and beverage preparation adhering to HACCP and safety standards.
• Expedites workflow to ensure efficient meal service across service areas.
• Maintains sanitation and safety of the facility and team per regulations.
• Monitors associates’ breaks and performance, reporting issues to management.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new hires; may conduct pre-service meetings.
• Handles cash and completes daily, weekly and monthly reports.
