Responsabilités

• Manage day to day department operations.
• Appropriately schedule and staff the department to meet business needs.
• Ensure all associates follow safety and sanitation laws and corporate policies.
• Hire, train, and develop department staff; document performance issues and actions.
• Ensure adherence to company dress code and provide fast customer service.
• Monitor payroll, budgeted sales, gross profit, CTO, shrink, and inventory levels.
• Merchandise department products per planograms and programs; ensure proper shelf conditions and stock levels.
• Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs and cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
