Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for patients, cafe, and events.
• Create and update menus and production records with leadership input.
• Maintain clean, sanitary spaces and proper temperatures per HACCP.
• Oversee production, portioning, batching and culinary standards for patient and retail services.
• Coordinate daily operations with the FANS Coordinator and team, addressing issues as they arise.
