Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting of hot items; able to work near heated equipment.
• Able to work in kitchen areas with noise, chemicals and PPE

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily food prep and portioning.
• Set up and break down stations per manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes.
• Use accurate portions for serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Sample items before serving.
• Report quality issues to management.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and seek feedback.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and special events.
