Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers. You will learn on the job, maintain quality, and support a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include leading line activities, ensuring accurate portions, maintaining logs, and upholding sanitation. Cross-training and event support may be required as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in food preparation and station setup.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing/serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all items on the line prior to serving.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality.
• Open/close station checklists.
• Greet customers and address feedback with a smile.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work stations and equipment.
• Dispose of waste accurately from the service line.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Able to work in concessions, catering, and events as required.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisor.
