• Maintain daily temperature logs and quality checks.
• Take samples for quality prior to serving customers.
• Raise quality concerns to management and pull substandard items.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train across areas as needed by the manager.
• Work in concessions, catering, and events as required.
• Execute tasks requested by supervisors or Aramark management.
• Guide team on the line to ensure timely and effective service.
