Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to any quality issues and pull non-conforming items.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and seek feedback on service quality.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitized; manage waste disposal.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas; assist with safety observations.
• Cross-train for other areas as needed; support concessions, catering, and events.
• Carry out tasks as requested by management; supervise line workers as needed.
