Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead at Ancilla College in Plymouth, IN. You will assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers under a manager's guidance. • Food service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Ask customers about service quality and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean work station and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards to management.
