Aramark in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead for ASU-Retail Operations to oversee daily food preparation, lead a line, and ensure quality service for customers. You'll work under a manager, coordinate stations, manage portions, maintain logs, and help keep the dining area clean and safe while delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Responsible for portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude and smile.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Dispose of waste from the service line accurately.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
