Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers. You will learn on the job with guidance from management while connecting with guests and teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, accountable, and maintain a positive attitude. Prior food service experience and Serve Safe certification are a plus; expect to work across concessions, catering, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Leadership and supervisory skills beneficial.
• Team environment experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting of hot food items required.
• Ability to work in kitchen with heated equipment, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food prep and assist in daily items.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by manager.
• Cook and prepare foods per recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for items served on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and sample items for quality.
• Take customer feedback and address complaints positively.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils; dispose of waste properly.
• Perform opening/closing station checklists and daily tasks.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in areas as needed and assist with events per manager.
