Aramark United States is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers in a fast-paced environment. Under the guidance of a manager, you will learn on the job, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to adapt to concessions, catering, and events as needed. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you grow with Aramark.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting and transporting hot items.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils.
• Dispose of waste properly and transfer supplies as needed.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train and work in concessions, catering, events as required.
• Perform tasks as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Lead the line staff for timely, effective service.
