Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving while delivering friendly, efficient service. You will learn on the job and work under the guidance of a manager to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

You will handle stations, food safety, portion control, and cleanliness while supporting catering, concessions, and special events as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude on the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Serve Safe Certification is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience is preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting and physical stamina.
• Ability to work in a kitchen with heat, steam, loud noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items before serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and assist with service feedback.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste properly and transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in different areas as needed.
• Work across concessions, catering, and special events as required by management.
