Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting of hot food items is required.
• Ability to work in a kitchen with heated equipment, noise, steam and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating of products.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and ensure product quality.
• Take samples for quality checks prior to serving.
• Address customer feedback and assist with complaints.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and assist as they approach the serving line.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; coordinate supplies between storage and work areas.
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train across areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor on a regular basis.
