Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations, ensure supplies and equipment are properly stored, and assist in meal preparation. You will supervise students in Work-Based Learning and uphold safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen and cafeteria areas.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely quality work, and mentoring students while maintaining attendance and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a food services operation preferred.
• Ability to obtain local Food Handling/Health Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food, supplies and equipment are available and stored properly.
• Assist in preparation of food for meals.
• Supervise Work-Based Learning students assigned to the department.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen, cafeteria areas and food storage areas.
• Provide quality customer service at all times.
• Mentor, monitor and model Career Success Standards as required.
