Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of food service stations for events and daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with orders.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
