AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Supervisor to support Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. The role involves overseeing front end production, opening procedures, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential, with daily interaction across team members and management. The position emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to contribute to a family culture.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, lifting and standing frequently; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including safety programs.
• Communicate issues of concern to management (customer issues, cleanliness, safety, etc.).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as specified by management.
