Job summary

Wingate Living in Providence, RI is seeking a Food Service Director to lead dining operations across our senior living community. You will manage menus, staffing, inventory, budgets, food handling, storage, safety and sanitation to deliver a superior resident and guest dining experience.

This role requires a Dining Manager's course, 2–4 years in food service with supervisory experience, and ServSafe certification preferred; English literacy required, with flexibility for coverage and travel as

Job Purpose

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the food service program, including both the front and back of house. This includes management of menus, staffing, inventory, budget control, food handling, preparation, storage, safety, and sanitation to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.

Position Requirements
