Job Description:

As a Food Service Director at Elevate Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by overseeing all aspects of our dietary program. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the dietary department.
2. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and dietary standards.
3. Developing menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
4. Managing food service staff and conducting training.
5. Collaborating with healthcare teams to address residents' dietary needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Associate’s degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dietary management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, special diets, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and dietary management software.
