Pay Range

Base pay ranges from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will depend on skills and experience.

Position Summary

Supervise kitchen operations, develop menus, train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Lead food experience development, manage budgets, and uphold nutritional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and refine menus, recipes, and food concepts.
  • Implement systems for efficient food production, safety, and inventory management.
  • Promote nutritional standards and provide dietary guidance and information sharing.
Minimum Requirements
  • Background in Dietetics, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of food service management experience.
  • Experience with budget management and food safety leadership.
