• Pay Rate: Annual salary from $68,000 to $75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food quality, inventory, safety, and customer service at a single site
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and facility policies
• Lead and support the food service team, conduct training, and perform various roles as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports, manage supplies and equipment
• Promote a sanitary environment following infection control protocols
• Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or related field
• Two years of experience in food production/service and supervision preferred
• Certifications such as CDM, FPM, FSM, and LTC-FSM preferred or required within specified timeframes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work around food and cleaning products
• Ability to lift/carry and stand for extended periods, and work within the service area
