Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead daily hands-on management of kitchen staff within a corporate dining program. You will build client relationships, manage budgets, and drive P&L results while applying culinary knowledge to kitchen production and meal quality.

You will guide daily operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional service. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction and program growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Associate's degree in hospitality/dietetics preferred.
• In fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Understanding and ability to manage food cost.
• P&L experience with proven track record.
• Ability to effectively lead, train and motivate a staff.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other platforms.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Your culinary knowledge to oversee kitchen production will be impressive, as well as your meal production skills. With your integrity and strong work ethic, you will serve as a positive role model. The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 / year
