Job summary

• Develop and implement policies and procedures in the dining service program in compliance with food service regulations.
• Monitor monthly expenditures.
• Direct and supervise all dietary functions and personnel.
• Respond to customer complaints per MS Dining protocol.
• Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals.
• Ensure excellence in service and quality of products.
• Create and lead presentations at client meetings.
• Develop sanitation schedule and ensure adherence by staff.
• Provide leadership and direction for timely decisions.
• Check all room service trays for accuracy and neatness before delivery.
• Ensure work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
• Prepare performance evaluations.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints.
• Inspect kitchen staff for clean/uniform dress codes.

• Prepares performance evaluations;
• Attend scheduled weekly manager’s meetings;
• Receives and resolves employee complaints;
• Inspect kitchen staff to ensure they are in clean and proper dress code at all times.
