Job Title: Food Services Director
FLSA Status: Non Exempt-Seasonal
Reports to: Summer Camp Director
Under the direct supervision of the head cook, the food service director will be responsible to assist the head cook in the performance of all kitchen duties and responsibilities. The food service director is responsible for the serving and all dining room procedures.
Must possess a general knowledge of kitchen duties and have the ability to supervise staff.
Enjoys working and interacting with people of all types and ages, with a special emphasis on children, modeling and utilizing the important core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
