As a Food Service Director, you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expectby planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Food sanitation certification;
• State ofIllinoisDietary Manager Certification (C.D.M).
• At least two (2) years prior Food Service Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
