The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Southampton, NY is hiring a Food Service Worker / Dietary Aide. No healthcare experience is necessary as training is provided; previous food-service experience is a plus.

You will help deliver meals, assist with tray assembly, and work on the tray line to ensure accurate portions. Join a team that values reliability, patient-focused service, and teamwork, with shifts from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Qualifikationen

• No healthcare experience required – training provided.
• Experience in restaurant, deli, fast-food, cafeteria, catering or grocery setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow menus, portions and dietary instructions.

Aufgaben

• Deliver food carts and meal trays to resident dining areas.
• Assist with meal service and tray assembly according to menus.
• Prepare resident meal trays on the tray line with correct portions.
• Follow food handling, serving and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing, pot washing and kitchen cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dietary department and equipment.
• Support daily kitchen and food-service duties as assigned.
• Adhere to food safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to ensure timely service.
• Provide courteous and compassionate service to residents and staff.
