Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Food Service Aide to join our Riverside Transitional Care team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role supports dining services for 150+ residents and staff, with part‑time shifts that occur in the evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll provide quality meals, assist during mealtimes, and help with tray preparation and kitchen duties. Experience with seniors is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required for occasional driving duties, and wage starts at

Eagle Crest Communities: Riverside Transitional Care - La Crosse, WI

Food Service - Dietary Aide / Food Service Aide

Part-time: 24 hours / 2 weeks; Primarily works 3:30 pm-7:30 pm (Six 4-hour shifts per two weeks); includes every other weekend, every other holiday, and varying weekdays.

Part-time: 20 hours / 2 weeks; Primarily works 3:30 pm-7:30 pm (Five 4-hour shifts per two weeks); includes every other weekend, every other holiday, and varying weekdays.

Casual Call: Works a minimum of 3 shifts/month, including 2 weekend shifts required.

Example Hours

AM: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm |6:00 am - 10:00 am

PM: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm |3:30 pm - 7:30 pm |4:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Food Service Aide to join our top-notchteam at our Riverside Transitional Care facility. Our team services meals to 150+ residents plus staff at Riverside Transitional Care, The Willows, and Hearten Houses.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals, according to residents' dietary requirements and preferences
• Support mealtimes as meaningful social events by creating a welcoming, respectful, and engaging dining atmosphere
• Duties include hostess and dietary aide duties, dish room duties, cleaning duties, preparing residents’ meal trays, restocking, and other kitchen responsibilities.
• Assist with preparing and delivering snacks and drinks to residents

What You’ll Need

• Ability to multitask is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred
• Drivers require a valid driver's license and must have and maintain a safe driving record

Our Wages

• Part-time servers starting between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour, more based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked
• Train to fill Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at 100 days.
