Eagle Crest Communities is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our culinary team in Onalaska, WI. Positions include Server / Food Service Associate with part-time and full-time opportunities, featuring varied day schedules and every other weekend/holiday off.

Responsibilities include serving meals, cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and occasional catering, plus transporting meals to other Eagle Crest locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Quantity cooking experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities.
• Drivers must have a valid license and maintain a safe driving record.

Food Service: Server / Food Service Associate

Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available:Days during the week may vary however these positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

• Casual call
• 32 hours per 2 week pay period PM shift 10:30am - 7pm
• 80 hours per 2 week pay period Day shift 6:30am - 3pm

Example Schedules

AM: 6:30AM - 3:00 PM |11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

PM: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Food Service:Server / Food Service Associate

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, and up to 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and send meals for up to 12 memory care residents and 16 assisted living residents at our Holmen locations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals
• Responsible for cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and catering as needed
• Transportation of meals to other facilities in our organization.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to multitask is a must

• The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and full-time hours
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at 100 days.
