Job summary

Domino's in Spokane is seeking an inside team member to prepare customer orders at our North Spokane locations: Shadle Park, Hillyard, or N Division at the Y. The CSR will greet customers with a positive, energetic voice and provide accurate information on products, services, and pricing.

Applicants must be 18 or older, be able to work outdoors in various temperatures, and handle a physically demanding role that may include standing for long periods and lifting. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong customer service mindset and positive demeanor.
• Excellent communication and clear speaking voice during shifts.
• Must be able to convey product details, services, charges, and policies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions to attract customers.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by updating information.
• Prepare and package food products for orders.
• Collect payments and hand out orders to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues and ensure timely solutions.
