Casino Beach Pier & Breakwater Beach in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, is seeking a Food Service Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and serve classic boardwalk fare. You will handle payments, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to quick service during peak summer rushes. Training is provided, no prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa.
• Conversational English sufficient to take orders and chat with guests.
• Friendly, positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to stand for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving classic American snacks — pizza, burgers, fries, hot dogs, funnel cakes, ice cream and drinks.
• Operating the cash register and handling payments accurately.

• Keeping counters, dining areas, and kitchen spaces clean and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Working as part of a team to keep service quick and lines moving during busy summer rushes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Hours: approximately 32 hours per week (overtime often available during peak season)
