Harrison Group Harbor Watch Restaurant on the Ocean City boardwalk is seeking summer staff to deliver meals and assist in fast-paced service. The role offers a fixed base and tips with extended hours during peak season, giving you valuable hospitality experience on Maryland’s iconic coast.

Ideal candidates are 18–25, with conversational English, good stamina and a positive team spirit. Training is provided, and the environment is international, with plenty of guest interaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in Work & Travel USA program.
• Conversational English sufficient for guest/colleague communication.
• Good physical stamina for long hours on your feet.
• Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliability and punctuality — team depends on you during peak season.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
• Communicate with the kitchen team and servers to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Set up, restock and organize service stations with plates, cutlery and condiments.
• Help to clear and reset tables so guests are seated fast during peak hours.
• Answer basic guest questions and direct them to their server when needed.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

At Harrison Group's Harbor Watch Restaurant, located at the very end of the legendary South Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland, that's just an ordinary day. This iconic seafood restaurant overlooks the Assateague Island inlet, and it's one of the most popular dining destinations on the entire East Coast during the summer season.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately
• Communicating with the kitchen team and servers to keep service flowing smoothly
• Setting up, restocking and organizing service stations with plates, cutlery and condiments
• Helping to clear and reset tables so guests are seated fast during peak hours
• Answering basic guest questions and pointing them to their server when needed
• Keeping your work area clean and following all food safety and hygiene standards

Pay & Benefits

• $6.00 per hour base pay plus tips – food runners at a high-volume boardwalk restaurant share in a steady tip pool during the busy season
• 35 guaranteed hours per week, with the possibility of extra hours during peak weekends and holidays
