Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous casino experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of operations and department policies.
• Serves customers, stocks, cleans, and follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation standards and health compliance.
• Replenishes items and maintains par levels.
• Properly stores food according to safety procedures.
• Assists with workstation setup and proper equipment operation.
