Comanche Red River Hotel Casino in Devol, Oklahoma, seeks a Grill Cashier/Cook to deliver quality service and menu items. The role blends grilling and frying with cashier responsibilities, requiring punctuality and attention to food safety.

You will operate grills and fryers, prepare beverages, and assist with dishwashing and cleaning. Must be 18+, have a High School Diploma and a valid Food Handler’s License; prior food-service experience is helpful.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional appearance and presentation are required.
• Maintains a current Food Handler’s License.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food items by grilling and frying methods.
• Prepares coffee and/or tea, wash and stack dishes, clean and scrub pots and pans.
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen or dining area.
• Portions arrange, garnish, and serve food to patrons.
• Operates large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers, or griddles.
• Works as a Cashier when needed.
• Attends and satisfactorily completes all training assigned by the Grill Supervisor or Manager.
• Performs prep duties for their shift and the following shift.
