Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive management experience in hospitality, senior living, higher education dining, or hotel operations.
• Experience managing operational budgets, financial reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting cross-functional staff.
• Thorough understanding of HR administrative functions.
• Proficiency with dining POS platforms, workforce management tools, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership across dining services units (resident dining, retail, catering, and culinary).
• Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate the Financial Analyst and Dining Systems Analyst.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and high-level reporting for a multi-million-dollar department.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, compliance).
• Coordinate payroll auditing, workforce modeling, and labor planning with central departments.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
• Support department leadership balancing financial integrity with service standards.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience).
• 5 to 7 years of progressive management experience within hospitality, senior living, higher education dining, or hotel management environments.
• Proven experience managing operational budgets, financial reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting cross-functional staff.
• Thorough understanding of Human Resources administrative functions
• High level of proficiency with dining POS platforms, workforce management tools, and business software.
