Responsibilities include patient tray assembly, delivering and retrieving food trucks from patient floors, passing patient trays (excluding red dot), helping with scrapping, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans. Deliver food supplies to different hospital areas as needed. May be assigned any duty within the food and nutrition department.
